At Seeds of Grace School System, ensure a safe, organized, and nurturing environment for all. Our SOPs cover health and safety, attendance, discipline, classroom conduct, and emergency protocols. These guidelines help maintain consistency, promote student well-being, and uphold our values of respect, responsibility, and excellence in education.

Admissions

⦁ Admission open for children from Nursery to Grade 4
⦁ Parents submit completed application forms with required documents: birth certificate
⦁ Entrance assessment conducted for new students (Grades 1 and above).
⦁ Admission decisions communicated after the interview with the founder/Principal.
⦁ Only children from low-income community are accepted

Attendance

⦁ School hours: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM in winter and from 8:00 Am-1PM in Summer.
⦁ Teachers mark attendance half an hour before the school timing.
⦁ Three times later comer students would be sent back home on the 3rd day.
⦁ Absences require a written note or message from parents.
⦁ Medical certificate needed for absences over 3 consecutive days.
⦁ Parents contacted if no communication received after 2 days of absence.

Discipline

⦁ Respect, kindness, and honesty expected from all students.
⦁ Bullying or harassment is not tolerated.
⦁ Minor offenses: verbal warning by teacher.
⦁ Repeated or serious offenses: meeting with parents and disciplinary action.
⦁ Suspension may be applied in extreme cases

Safety & Security

⦁ School premises monitored via cameras during school hours.
⦁ Visitors must sign in at the reception.
⦁ Emergency drills conducted twice a year.
⦁ First aid kit available and staff trained in basic first aid.
⦁ In case of emergency, parents notified immediately.

Curriculum & Teaching

⦁ Follow the approved O’ levels syllabus with emphasis on quality and values.
⦁ Lesson plans prepared weekly and submitted to the principal.
⦁ Use of varied teaching methods to engage students.
⦁ Regular assessments to monitor student progress.
⦁ Extra support provided for students needing help.

Parent Communication

⦁ Parent-teacher meetings held thrice a year.
⦁ Urgent matters communicated via phone or WhatsApp.
⦁ Parents encouraged to participate in school events and volunteering.
⦁ Feedback and concerns welcomed through official channels.

⦁ Exam schedule shared one month in advance.
⦁ Students must adhere to exam rules and maintain integrity.
⦁ Results communicated to parents within two weeks.
⦁ Retests allowed only with valid reasons and principal’s approval.
⦁ Continuous assessments contribute to final grades.
